Terms of Service

"I" refers to me, Kiiyoko.
"You" refers to the commissioner.

General

• I reserve the right to choose who to work with. I may not accept your commission.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.
• All info shared between you and me will stay confidential.
• This document may be updated in the future at any time.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

• If you're currently in the queue, you can drop out at any time.
• If you decide to cancel, I'll partially refund you based on how far the commission has gone. I reserve the right to decide this percent.
• I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time.

Usage Rights

Commissioner's Usage

• You may post the artwork anywhere you'd like.
• You can use the artwork privately, such as using it as a PFP or banner.

Kiiyoko's Usage

• I may post the art on my portfolio or social media unless previously discussed with the client.
  • Appropriate credit will be given to the commissioner & character owner.
• I'm not obligated to delete my work, change credit, or edit details for free.
